Happy customers are why we’re in business. If you purchase a piece of jewellery from the shop and it doesn’t fit, doesn’t look like you expected or just doesn’t feel right, contact us within 14 days of receiving it to organise an exchange or refund.

Custom jewellery process

The custom design process is a guided journey where we create a personalised, storytelling piece you won't find in your traditional jewellery store.

Your gemstone can be crafted into:

A statement cocktail ring
A modern heirloom pendant
A right-hand ring to mark a milestone
A non-traditional engagement piece (sapphire or diamond recommended for durability)

Once sold, it won't be repeated. We regularly source new one-of-a-kind stones, each with their own character, colour and story.

As a rough guide, designs typically start from $5,000, with most sitting between $7,500 and $20,000.

If you're gifting this gem, the credit you choose may not cover the full price of the custom piece your gift recipient designs, but it'll give them a great head start. Get in touch before purchasing for an estimate on a potential design.
