For the best chance of receiving your order by Christmas, confirm by the cut off dates below:

17 December for NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, QLD, SA

14 December for NT, WA

18 December for Express Post

Or arrange a time to pick up at our Sydney Showroom in Rosebery. After these dates, express shipping or Sydney pick up is highly recommended for the best chance of getting your order before Christmas. These dates apply to gemstones and in-stock items delivered in Australia only.

Extended returns policy

To make holiday gifting even easier, we’ve extended our returns policy for the season. Non-custom jewellery and gemstone orders placed between 15 November and 25 December 2026 can be returned or exchanged until 31 January 2027 (excludes gift cards).
