The festive season is here and we couldn’t be more excited! As lovers of stories, cheer and celebration, we know how special it is to find the perfect gift to sparkle under the Christmas tree. For the best chance of receiving your gifts in time for the holidays, take note of these cut-off dates.

12 December for NT, WA
19 December for Express Post

Or arrange a time to pick up at our Sydney Showroom in Rosebery. After these dates, express shipping or Sydney pick up is highly recommended for the best chance of getting your order before Christmas. These dates apply to gemstones and in-stock items delivered in Australia only.

Extended returns policy

To make holiday gifting even easier, we’ve extended our returns policy for the season. Non-custom jewellery and gemstone orders placed between 1 and 25 December 2025 can be returned or exchanged until 31 January 2026 (excludes gift cards).
