Our bespoke process is designed to feel personal, collaborative and surprisingly easy, even if you have no idea where to start. It begins with a consultation where we get to know you, your story and what you’re drawn to. From there, we explore gemstones, sketch concepts and refine the design until it feels unmistakably yours.

Once the design is approved, your piece is handcrafted using carefully selected materials and brought to life by our trusted local makers. Throughout the process, you’ll receive updates so you feel connected to every stage - from first idea to finished piece.

Most bespoke pieces take approximately 8–12 weeks from design approval to completion. Timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the design, gemstone sourcing and production schedules.

If you’re working toward a proposal date, anniversary or special occasion, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible. A little extra lead time creates more flexibility and a more relaxed experience.

Consultations are available both virtually and in person.

If you’re based in Sydney, you’re welcome to visit the Rosebery showroom for a face-to-face design experience. If you’re elsewhere in Australia or overseas, virtual consultations are designed to feel just as personal and collaborative. Many custom pieces are created entirely online, with clients guided through every step from wherever they are.

Yes. Redesigning inherited jewellery is one of the most meaningful ways to create something deeply personal. We can often reuse gemstones or precious metals from sentimental pieces, transforming them into something wearable, modern and reflective of your story.
