Reserve a gem to save it for a future custom project. We'll securely hold it until you're ready to start designing.

Gift a gem to turn it into a luxe gifting experience, complete with a custom design credit towards a special piece of jewellery. It's a thoughtful way to say, “I want to create something special with you”, without having to design the ring straight away.

Gem Gifting is for the moments that deserve more than flowers, chocolates or a stock standard gift card.

Here’s where it shines:

• Engagements: Don’t know their ring size or dream design? No problem. Gem Gifting lets you propose with a gemstone and design the ring after the “yes”.
• Milestone birthdays: Perfect for birthdays, including big ones like 30th, 40th and 50th celebrations. It says “you deserve something one-of-a-kind, not off-the-shelf".
• Anniversaries: Celebrate with a gem you can gift now, then collaborate on a piece that marks how far you've come.
• Graduations: Commemorate their hard work with a piece that’ll carry their story into what’s next.

Inclusions may change from time to time. Check the listing of the gemstone you purchase for the most up-to-date inclusions.

Happy customers are why we’re in business. If you purchase a gemstone and it doesn’t look like what you expected or just doesn’t feel right, contact us within 14 days of receiving it to organise a refund.

Gemstones and design credits are covered by the Happiness Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

• The case containing the gem must not be opened
• The gemstone, jewellery box, gem case, gift box, gift packaging and any other inclusions in the product listing must be safely returned in the same condition they were sent in

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To cover payment processing fees and the original shipping cost of the gift to your recipient, a 3% restocking fee of the gemstone and credit amount will apply to returned orders paid via credit card or PayPal. An 8% restocking fee will apply to returned orders paid via Afterpay.

When you gift a gemstone, you’ll choose your design credit from the dropdown menu. Design credits start at $500 and can be upgraded to suit your gift budget.

Credits are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, for use towards a piece of jewellery made with the gemstone purchased.

If you choose a credit above the minimum value of $500, any remaining amount, after the credit has been applied to a piece of jewellery made with the purchased gemstone, will be re-issued as a voucher to your gift recipient.

The re-issued voucher is valid for any custom or ready-to-order piece. A re-issued voucher has the same expiry date as the original design credit, which is 3 years from the date of purchase of the gemstone.

Absolutely. When you reserve a gemstone, we’ll hold it for 3 years until you're ready to turn it into a one-of-a-kind piece.

You don’t need to have a design in mind. When the time is right, we’ll pick up the conversation and start crafting your bespoke piece together.

Reserving a gem is perfect if:

• You’ve fallen in love with a stone but aren’t ready to design just yet
• You want to lock it in before someone else snaps it up
• You’re planning ahead for a birthday, engagement or anniversary

When the time’s right, you’ll have the perfect stone waiting.

Technically, yes. However, these gemstones are offered with the intention that they’ll be part of a custom piece, now or in the future.

That said, there’s no lock-in. If you'd like the gem sent to you, choose the Gift option and select your custom design credit. The gem will be beautifully boxed and delivered, with no obligation for you to create a custom piece of jewellery.

If you choose to reserve a gem, we’ll hold it for up to 3 years, giving you time to create something when the moment’s right. Reserved gems don't come with custom design credits, nor are they sent to you.

Once your gem is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Gemstones are one-of-a-kind and first come, first served. If your gemstone is no longer available, we’ll do our best to source something just as beautiful for you. Because our gems are chosen for their incredibly individual characteristics, the replacement may not be the same as the original gem you fell in love with. Purchase your gem as soon as possible so you don't miss out.

If you have reserved a gemstone and decide not to move forward with a design, you can:

• Purchase a design credit and have the gemstone sent to you, or
• Request a store credit equal to the value of the gem

The loose gemstones you see here are just a small glimpse of what’s possible. If you’re after something specific (or totally unexpected), we can source stones to match your vision, vibe or values (subject to availability), including:

• A particular gemstone size, shape or colour
• Something with meaning (like a birthstone or favourite hue)
• A gem with a story (unusual inclusions, colour change, wild patterns)
• A match for an heirloom piece or existing jewellery
• Ethically sourced options, including Australian sapphires and traceable stones

The gemstones in our collection are natural (unless otherwise stated) and hand-selected for their character.

We do work with lab created diamonds and gemstones and can source them for custom designs.
