Making sure that you’re happy with your purchase is a top priority. If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to organize an exchange, store credit or (where applicable) a refund. Pierced earrings, gift certificates and custom orders are excluded.
Returns or exchanges must be safely repackaged and posted back to us, unused and in their original condition. Items delivered via a registered or trackable postage option must be returned via an equivalent registered or trackable postage option. We’re unable to organize returns or exchanges for items that we don’t receive. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we are happy to provide a full refund, exchange or store credit, excluding the original shipping charge. Exchanged items will be re-delivered free of charge to the original shipping address, up to the value of the original shipping charge.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect order or change-of-mind, we’ll provide you with a store credit minus the original shipping charge. Shipping costs for the exchanged item are payable by the buyer.
Please note that some pieces (such as those with unique stones or features) may not be replaceable or resizable.
