- Custom jewellery credits are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase for use towards a piece of custom jewellery made with the gemstone(s) purchased.
- Gemstones and custom jewellery credits are covered by the Happiness Guarantee as long as the gem case is not opened and the gemstone(s) and gem case are safely returned in the same condition they were sent in. Returns are not accepted for gem cases that have been opened.
- If you choose to upgrade your custom jewellery credit above the value of $250, any remaining amount, after the credit has been applied to a piece of custom jewellery, will be issued as a gift voucher to the purchaser (or the gift recipient, if it is a gift).
