Processing time
Custom orders generally take around 6 weeks to complete from the time the order is confirmed with a 50% deposit. During this time, Fairina will work closely with you to design a unique piece that tells your story.

As a made-to-order, custom design, this is your chance to create something special. Select your centre stone (we love vibrantly coloured sapphires or one-of-a-kind salt and pepper diamonds). Go for white gold, rose gold, yellow gold or a combination of your two favourite metals. Add engraved details or bedazzle with baby diamonds along the ring band.

- Discuss: First, we chat by phone, email or in person to determine the direction of your bespoke piece of jewellery.
- Design: Based on our discussion, we present you with a tailored range of options, and continue to refine your design until it’s perfect.
- Create: This is the exciting part. Through behind-the-scenes photos and frequent updates from the studio, you’ll get a rarely seen insight into how your engagement ring comes to life.
