I ordered this bracelet as a combination Valentines Day/Birthday gift for myself. The whole process of placing the order and receiving the bracelet took approx. 20 days. Definitely my favorite piece. I first got the bracelet much bigger than my actual wrist ( Note to future buyer, always measure your wrist before buying. This bracelet would super pretty when it’s perfectly fit your wrist!), so I send it back to Fairina to have it fixed. She was lovely enough to help me get it done quickly and send it right back to me in no more than 3 days. Fairina upgraded my first shipping for free so it came with a gorgeous little black box, the second shipping was the normal one but took only 3 days to get here (Melb).
